The working principle of drill brazing stand is mainly to realize welding function through high-frequency welding machine. High-frequency welding machine is based on the principle of electromagnetic induction. When high-frequency current passes through the induction coil of the welding machine, an alternating magnetic field will be generated around it. The carbide part and the base part of the drill are placed in the magnetic field. Due to the electromagnetic induction, eddy currents will be generated inside the metal. According to Joule's law, the eddy currents will generate heat under the action of the metal's own resistance, so that the welding part will heat up rapidly. When the temperature reaches the appropriate temperature required for brazing, the brazing material placed in the welding part will melt and fill the gap between the carbide and the base. After cooling, the brazing material solidifies and the carbide is firmly welded to the base, completing the welding process.
