Common problems and solutions for saw blade brazing machines:
Poor welding quality: Poor welding quality may be manifested as weak welds, pores or cracks. Such problems are usually related to improper welding parameter settings, poor brazing material quality or irregular welding operations. To solve these problems, users should check and adjust welding parameters such as current, voltage and welding speed, select qualified brazing materials, and strictly follow welding operation specifications.
Brazing machine cannot start: When the brazing machine cannot start, first check whether the power is on and whether the power cord is intact. If the power is normal, check whether the fuse inside the brazing machine is blown. If the fuse is blown, replace it in time. In addition, the failure of the control switch may also cause the brazing machine to fail to start. At this time, check the contact of the switch and make necessary repairs or replacements.
Overheating of the brazing machine: Overheating of the brazing machine may be caused by a poor cooling system or long-term continuous operation. To avoid overheating, users should regularly check the cooling system, such as fans and heat sinks, to ensure that they are clean and functioning properly. At the same time, arrange working hours reasonably to avoid long-term continuous operation of the brazing machine.
Electrode wear: Electrode wear will lead to reduced welding effect. Users should replace worn electrodes in time and clean the oxides and dirt on the welding contact surface to ensure the normal operation of the brazing machine.
Principle of high-frequency brazing machine:
The principle of high-frequency brazing machine is to generate a magnetic field through the induction coil by high-frequency current, so that the metal parts in the induction coil are heated, thereby achieving the purpose of welding. The specific process is as follows: Place the sawtooth in the induction coil made of a hollow copper tube, the hollow tube is cooled by water, and the two ends of the induction coil are connected to the high-frequency power supply. When the high-frequency current passes through the induction coil, heat is generated in the straight narrow seam area on both sides of the induction coil copper tube and the cutter head, so that the sawtooth heats up and melts the brazing material, thereby achieving welding.
