The working principle of diamond bit brazing machine is mainly based on the principle of induction heating welding. When the induced current flows through the induction coil, an induced magnetic field is generated around it. When the drill steel base metal is placed in the magnetic field, eddy currents will be generated in the base, and the Joule heat generated by the eddy currents is used to heat it. This heating method is called induction heating.

The specific process of induction heating welding includes the following steps:

The induction coil generates a magnetic field: the induced current passes through the induction coil to generate an induced magnetic field.

Eddy current in the base metal: When the drill steel base metal is placed in the magnetic field, eddy currents will be generated in the base, and the Joule heat generated by the eddy currents is used to heat the metal.

Welding process: The heat generated by the eddy currents is used to heat the drill steel base and the diamond composite sheet and weld them.

The application fields of diamond bit brazing machine include geological drilling, cutting and processing of materials such as non-ferrous metals and alloys, cemented carbide, graphite, plastics, rubber, ceramics and wood.
