The working principle of saw blade brazing stand mainly includes the following steps and key technical parameters:
The working principle of high-frequency induction welding machine: When the saw teeth are placed in the induction coil made of hollow copper tube, the hollow tube is cooled by water, and the two ends of the induction coil are connected to the high-frequency power supply. Once the high-frequency current passes through the induction coil, according to the magnetic block formation principle of the linear current, a high-frequency magnetic field is generated in the linear narrow gap area on both sides of the copper tube of the induction coil and the cutter head, causing the cutter head to heat up rapidly and reach the temperature required for brazing.
Brazing process: During the brazing process, silver brazing flux must be applied to the joint surface of the welded parts. The function of the silver brazing flux is to promote the reduction of oxides on the surface of the welded object, promote the melting of the silver solder sheet, and improve the fluidity of the solder sheet, thereby ensuring the welding quality.
Cooling system: The copper tube of the induction coil is cooled by water to ensure that the equipment will not be damaged or the welding quality will not be affected due to overheating during the welding process.
Brazing type: Common brazing types include high-frequency induction brazing and vacuum brazing. High-frequency induction brazing uses high-frequency current to generate high temperature for welding, while vacuum brazing is performed in a vacuum environment to avoid oxidation.
Through the above steps and principles, the saw blade brazing rack can efficiently and stably complete the welding of saw blade teeth, ensuring the quality and performance of the saw blade.
